Role Description
We are seeking a self-motivated team member who will be working as part of the Business Operations Support team. The role will involve a range of PMO services providing direct
support to Bid Managers & wider portfolios which encompasses Benefits & Credits, Business Tax, Corporate Services, Enforcement & Compliance and Personal Tax.

Task Description
Creation and maintenance of Clarity plans, using account standard planning tools and techniques
Assisting in the tracking of PWO Budgets using Clarity, GFS, N2k & Business Objects
Collate & Agree Project forecasts and enter into Clarity/GFS,input revenue figures, undertake analysis of actuals versus previous forecasts, using standard and non-standard Business
Objects reports
Attend management meetings, producing reports and minutes
Work co-operatively to support other team members in achieving month end deliverables
Supporting the Operation Managers in the production of the Sales Pipeline

Technologies involved
A proficient user of : Clarity, excel, word, N2k, GFS, Business Objects & PowerPoint

Desirable technical skills
Knowledge of the Pricing Engine & APT
ISEB in Programme Office Management.

Mandatory business skills
Excellent Interpersonal Skills who is able to communicate with all levels

Desirable business skills
Have an understanding of Project Methodologies and Financial Reporting
Good Understanding of the Business & of the Project Lifecycle
