We are delighted to announce a number of Service Desk Agent roles now available on behalf of our Client based in Peterlee.
The successful candidates will be responsible for providing 1st Line Support through various methods including telephone and email.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a customer sensitive, fault resolution and advice service on behalf of our Client
- Ensure maximum availability, performance and utilization of information systems
- Deliver 1st Line Support via the IT Service Desk, receiving incidents and service requests from various routes including telephone and e-mail
- Offer advice to end users and customers on all areas of IT and troubleshooting
- Ensure desk standards are met
- Implement and improve processes and procedures within the team allowing strong service focused deliverables

Essential Skills:
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Good understanding of the IT industry
- Excellent communication skills

Desirable Skills:
- Any ICT qualifications

Other Information:
- Candidates must be willing to work on a rotational shift basis, Monday to Saturday between 7am and 7pm.

Due to the business needs of this role SC security clearance is an essential requirement. If applicants do not currently have SC clearance they must have photographic ID in the form of a passport or driving license, that is in date and reflects the applicant's current address.
