The role will include tagging, programming and processing our Conservatoire library stock, material from the Royal College of Organists' Collection and the Education Library stock.

We are looking to recruit people who can rise to a challenge, keep the project on track and ultimately meet deadlines. The contract will be 37 hours per week and will commence early January 2017.

You will need dedication, excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Working first at the Conservatoire in the City Centre and then at our City North campus in Perry Barr, Birmingham.

Key Skill requirements
Experience of working in teams in an administration environment
* Experience of working in a busy, customer focussed environment
* Must be able to work individually or as a member of a team
* Must be able to follow instructions and procedures
* Must be able to work accurately with high attention to detail
* Must be able to undertake repetitive duties
* Good organisational and workload management skills
* The ability to work under pressure and on own initiative to meet essential deadlines
* Excellent and effective communication skills
* Good IT skills
* Knowledge of Classical Music (desirable but not essential)
