Application Process - Stage 1
Simply click on the Our Jobs section to the left on our web page and you will be able to apply for the roles from Monday the 27th of November until Monday the 11th of December.

You will be asked to register your personal details, answer a series of questions and declare your understanding of the eligibility criteria and the role. You will tell us which of the essential criteria you meet, your previous employment history and other personal details. Finally, you will be asked about your experience of the key competencies we are looking for.

Application Process - Stage 2
If you meet the key criteria you will automatically be directed to three online tests. The first two cover some of the essential skills for the role including the ability to analyse information, put this information together and communication. The third is a situational judgement test.

You can either complete these tests straight away or come back to them any time before the close date on Monday the 11th of December at 23.59.

Application Process - Stage 3
If you meet the required standards in the online tests our independent panel will assess and score your Essential Criteria and Competency Statements.

Flexibility is essential for this post. In no more than 150 words you will be asked to confirm your understanding of the mobile and flexible nature of this post.

Applicants who best demonstrate and provide the strongest evidence of the competencies will pass.

Application Process - Stage 4
If you pass and successfully reach interview, we will provide you with full guidance on how best to prepare and what to expect.

Typically they last around two hours and include verification of your documentation and identification, a short scenario exercise and an interview of around 45 minutes discussing your ability to perform all of the competencies for the role.

Application Process - Stage 5
If you are one of the top scoring applicant at interview we will send you an employment offer subject to completion of pre-employment checks.

We may also offer you, if successful, a place on the Reserve List which means that we may contact you any time in the following 12 months and offer you a post. We will notify applicants in merit order; this means that those who obtain the highest scores at interview may be offered posts first.
