Adjustments, diversity & inclusion

Adjustments and special requirements

At British Airways, we're committed to being a fair and inclusive employer. We take care to follow best practice and train all our assessors to a high standard. We know that sometimes people need adjustments or have special requirements during the recruitment and assessment process. If this applies to you at any point, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll help in any way we can.

Two Ticks LogoBritish Airways is a member of the UK government's Two Ticks Scheme; recognising we are positive about employing, retaining, and developing disabled people within our business. Any disabled candidates who have applied through the Two Ticks Scheme and meet the criteria for the role are taken to the next stage of the recruitment process (for example, an online test). Please let us know, when asked, if you would like to apply through this scheme.

Diversity and inclusion

As a global airline carrying customers of different nationalities, cultures, religions and sexual orientation, British Airways is committed to actively promoting diversity and understanding.

We're strongly supportive of the principles of diversity and inclusion, and aim to treat all candidates fairly and consistently during all aspects of the recruitment process. All candidates are considered strictly on merit and in relation to assessment criteria.
