E.ON Customer Service Advisor - Change of Supply - Nottingham (Temp to Perm)

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for Customer Service Advisors in Nottingham!

Due to continued growth, E.ON are looking for a number of Customer Service Advisors to join their new and expanding Customer Service team in Nottingham. You'll initially work for Manpower on a temporary basis but there's opportunity to become a permanent employee.

*£7.40 progressing to £8.85 after 12 weeks with the scope to progress to £10.28 per hour (£14,430 - £20,046 pro rata on hours worked) + qualification for annual bonus scheme

*Annual leave entitlement of 28 days a year pro rata for the first 12 weeks, and 34 days per annum thereafter (including bank holidays)

*There are good transport links, an on-site canteen serving hot and cold food and free drinks vending machines
You'll need to be flexible to work between 8am to 6pm Monday - Friday. Working hours require a degree of flexibility as these will be dictated by real business needs

As a Customer Service Advisor, working within the change of supply department you will be dealing with customers that are looking to change their energy supplier and look to provide excellent customer service along the way, this may be the beginning of their journey of looking to join E.ON or then coming to the end of their Journey and looking to leave E.ON. You will answer any customer queries and deal with any exceptions that may occur. You will be working within a call centre environment dealing with residential customers and the ability to take and handle a large volume of calls professionally is essential.

Ideally you'll have some previous experience as a Customer Service Advisor and/or be familiar with working within a contact centre environment.
