E.ON Customer Liaison Officer - Glasgow

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for Customer Liaison Officer in Glasgow!
Our client E.ON, a leading UK Energy provider is currently recruiting for a full time Customer Liaison Officer to cover Glasgow in Scotland. This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience within the Utilities sector on a temporary long term basis.

In this role you'll also benefit from annual leave entitlement of 28 days a year pro rata for the first 12 weeks, and 34 days per annum thereafter (including bank holidays.) You will also receive a company van and a fuel card

Hours
You will need to be flexible to between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
Role Duties:
You will be field based and will work as part of the Cavity Wall Insulation (CWI) team and be responsible for liaising with both council tenants and private home owners while the ECO energy team carry out improvements to make their customers homes energy efficient.

Essential:
- Face to face customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Computer literate
- Ability to adapt communication styles to reflect the needs of the residents
- Organised and dependable, and can work both on own and part of a team
- Full UK Driving licence with no more than 6 points.
- CSCS card

Desirable:
*First Aid and Safeguarding trained.
*A broad understanding of the different types of insulation used in the industry.
*Experience of conflict resolution.
*Asbestos Awareness qualification or working towards.
*Ability to accurately record meeting minutes.
