E.ON Administration Assistant - Annesley

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administration Assistant based in Newstead Court, Little Oak Dr, Nottingham NG15 0DR.
Due to continued growth, E.ON is looking for an Administration Assistant to join, you'll initially work for Manpower on a temporary ongoing basis.

In this role you'll also benefit from annual leave entitlement of 28 days a year pro rata for the first 12 weeks, and 34 days per annum thereafter (including bank holidays).


* Hour rate - £12.60
* Length of assignment: 6 months
* Hours: 30 - 37 hours Monday to Friday hours can be flexible.

Role requirement / skillsets

* Day-to-day diary management
* Communication management (emails) - making sure manager is fully aware of any action required
* Arranging meetings, team away days and co-ordinating diaries
* Arranging travel, accommodation and car hire
* Preparing PowerPoint presentations including inserting tables, charts/graphs
* Assist in updating the Business Continuity Plan for the Sherwood campus
* Assist in the on boarding of new starters and leavers, including ordering new IT equipment
* Raising purchase requisitions via the SAP system (standard workflow process of approval - SAP experience not required as training will be given) and running cost reports
* Providing similar support to direct reports in the business as and when needed
* Any other administration duties as and when required

The role will be split 70/30 working as a PA/Team Administrator, but also allocating, managing and controlling internal resource for project works that are being undertaken in the department.

Essential skillset:

* Competent in using Microsoft packages (including 2010 Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels (including senior management)
* Ability to prioritise own workload and deadlines
* Ability to work without supervision
* High attention to detail and accuracy
