A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time Customer Service Agent based at E.ON in Kingswinford: DY6 8BN

Due to continued growth, E.ON is looking for a Customer Service Agent to join their contact centre field operations team on a temporary ongoing basis that has the potential to lead to a permanent position.

In this role you'll also benefit from annual leave entitlement of 28 days a year pro rata for the first 12 weeks, and 34 days per annum thereafter (including bank holidays).

* Hourly rate £8.85
* Hours: Saturday 8am - 6.30pm and Sunday 8am - 5.30pm


Key activities:
1. Inbound / Outbound calls.
2. Booking emergency call outs for engineers.
3. Data Input
4. Customer service


Essential Skill Sets:
1. Competent computer user - Microsoft Outlook and Excel (Excel to a basic level of data entry and manipulation)
2. Understanding of the importance of a fast client service and achieving set deadlines
3. Strong attention to detail and organisation
4. Motivated, able to work demonstrating initiative with minimal supervision
5. Excellent communication skills
