E.ON Direct Lead Generation Specialist - COVENTRY

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Direct Lead Generation Specialist in the direct sales team based at Coventry, CV4 8LG.

Due to continued growth, E.ON is looking for a Direct Lead Generation Specialist to join direct sales team which is a fast paced Customer Support team in Coventry.
The Direct Sales Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support the Account Managers.
You'll initially work for Manpower on a temporary basis with the potential for this to be extended.

*Hourly rate £9.71
*Length of assignment: initially 3 months ongoing
*Hours: 37 hours per week - Monday - Friday - between 8.30am - 5pm
*Annual leave entitlement of 28 days a year pro rata for the first 12 weeks, and 34 days per annum thereafter (including bank holidays)
*There are good transport links and local free parking and free drinks vending machines.

Role requirement:

*Ability to build strong, effective and lasting relationships and engender trust.
*Develop new business opportunities via telephone and mass communication such as email to introduce the E.ON offering and identify appropriate buyers within the target market.
*Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
*Conduct a needs analysis and determine prospects pain points to determine how E.ON can create a needs based solution.
*Identify key buying influencers within these prospects to determine budget and timeline.
*Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
*Work with the Account Managers to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet growth ambitions.
*Manage data for new and prospective clients in Salesforce.com, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached.
*Setup prospect details within ICE, enabling an Account Manager to have informed sales conversions, whilst ensuring data accuracy.

*Ability to identify and implement innovative solutions to complex energy & energy management problems
*Strong attention to detail & data entry accuracy
*Industry knowledge
*Experience of business to business sales & marketing
*Appreciation of Corporate customer journey ( end to end )
