E.ON Customer Service Advisor - Annesley, NG15 0DR

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for Customer Service Advisor based in Waterfront House, Lakeside Court, Osier Drive, Sherwood Business Park, Annesley, Nottingham, NG15 0DS.

Due to continued growth, E.ON is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join; you'll initially work for Manpower on a temporary ongoing basis.

In this role you'll also benefit from annual leave entitlement of 28 days a year pro rata for the first 12 weeks, and 34 days per annum thereafter (including bank holidays).

* Hour rate - £8.85
* Length of assignment: 3 months ongoing
* Hours: full time - shift pattern:

o 2 weeks of 0800-1600 (back to back)
o 2 weeks of 1000-1800 (back to back which means 2 Saturdays in a row)
o 2 weeks of 1200-2000 (back to back)
* Annual leave entitlement of 28 days a year pro rata for the first 12 weeks, and 34 days per annum thereafter (including bank holidays)

* Inbound and outbound calls
* Data Entry and general administrator duties
* IT literate
* Managing customer complaints
* Arranging engineer appointments
* Processing customers payments

Key Skills;

* Focused and prepared to work in a fast paced environment
* Excellent telephone manner
* Strong administration skills
* Excellent communication skills
* IT literate - Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
* Good level of organisation skills and attention to detail.
