Our client E.ON is recruiting for a full time Front of House Coordinator to join the business on a temporary ongoing basis (Mon- Fri, 9-5.30pm). Ensuring that the Cranbrook Energy Centre office areas are managed effectively to ensure that a safe and pleasant working environment is maintained at all times.

You will be responsible for meeting and greeting visitors and key stake holders on a daily basis and issuing any visitor passes as and when required.

Key Activities:-

Ensure that the office activities are supported to allow them to function smoothly and efficiently. (reordering, storing and having available consumable items,stationary, PPE, kitchen, printing )
Manage the document library for the BUILD Team. This will include uploading and documenting
Attending and participating in meetings and carrying out actions as required

*Produce basic Information that clearly shows our conformation with set SHE practices, procedures and activities.
*Build and maintain effective relationships across Community Energy
*Act as point of contact for Community Energy and Cranbrook Energy Centre
*Organise activities and Open Days
*Flexibility to support Community Energy in a variety of areas including Back Office and Business Office


Key skill requirements

Essential:
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must with the ability to spot errors in numbers and written work.
*Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
*Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel.
*Can demonstrate a passion for our customers.
*The willingness and confidence to challenge.
*Ability to be proactive and work on own initiative without supervision.
*Highly organised and able to work under pressure and to tight timescales.
*Ability to take responsibility for 'what good delivery in the role looks like.
*A flexible approach.
*Understand and Highlight where there may be risks or issues arising in the Energy Centre's work and be able to share them with the team.
*Knowledge of Housekeeping Practices.

Desirable:
*An awareness of the E.ON business.
*Able to use initiative to prioritise their own work and other work in the team.
*The willingness and confidence to challenge.
*Portal and SharePoint maintenance experience (training will be available)
*SAP experience (training will be available)
