E.ON Customer Service Advisors - Complaint Resolution - Leicester (Temp to Perm)

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for Customer Service Advisors in Leicester!

Due to continued growth, E.ON are looking for a number of Customer Service Advisors to join their new and expanding Customer Service team in Leicester. You'll initially work for Manpower on a temporary basis but there's opportunity to become a permanent employee.

*£7.40 progressing to £8.85 after 12 weeks with the scope to progress to £10.28 per hour (£14,273 - £19,779 pro rata on hours worked) + qualification for annual bonus scheme

*Annual leave entitlement of 28 days a year pro rata for the first 12 weeks, and 34 days per annum thereafter (including bank holidays)

*There are good transport links, an on-site canteen serving hot and cold food and free drinks vending machines with free parking

You'll need to be flexible to work between 8am to 8pm Monday - Friday and 8am to 6pm on Saturdays. Working hours require a degree of flexibility as these will be dictated by real business needs

As a Customer Service Advisor working within First Line Complaints Resolution, whatever the issue, you'll handle it with warmth and empathy, always focusing on the outcome, that means identifying a good solution, keeping the customer up to date with progress and resolving the complaint quickly, not forgetting the experience of offering customers the best deal for them. You will be working within a call centre environment dealing with customers, the ability to take and handle a large volume of calls professionally is essential.

Ideally you'll have some previous experience as a Customer Service Advisor and/or be familiar with working within a contact centre environment is advantageous.
