Ford Credit, the wholly owned financial services arm of Ford Motor Company, is establishing a new business centre based in Manchester city centre to provide financial services support for its European Ford Dealer Network and European National Sales Operations.
Vacancies for administrators exist across the following areas:
*Wholesale Funding Operations
*Dealer Collections and Controls
*Major Daily Rental Operations
*General Administration and Dealer Credit support
The Wholesale and Dealer Credit administrative teams will be organised by region and most administrators will be required to be fluent and conduct business in both English and Italian.
Position responsibilities will be specific to each roles within each team, but key responsibilities will broadly include the following:
*Handling general queries and associated administration from Ford Motor Company, Ford Dealers within regions and other internal and external customers as required, utilising appropriate language skills
*Accurate and timely administration of key processes on in-house software systems
*Raising of payments and invoices to Ford Motor Company and other customers as required
*Completion of daily and monthly dealer collection activity
*Issuing daily statistics to assist with resource management, performance metrics and quality measurements
*Review and clearance of manual suspense payments and reconciliations
*Generate settlements, clearances, and exposures and complete rewrites on an ad-hoc basis
*Support ongoing projects and new system launches
*Provide support to other business centre teams within Wholesale and Dealer Credit operations as required
*Ad hoc reporting and other assignments as required
Person specification:
*Must be able to demonstrate a focus on delivering results, being a valued team player, and showing resilience and adaptability to achieve personal and team objectives even in difficult circumstances
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills in one or more European language (as specified above)
*Positive approach to providing excellent customer service and taking accountability for resolving or escalating customer queries as required
*Confident in meeting deadlines with minimal supervision, whilst maintaining high levels of quality and efficiency
*Understand and consistently apply fair treatment of customers
*Ability to acquire and put into practice new knowledge and skills, developed though on the job training
*Willing to cross-cover within business centre to support other teams as required to help maintain overall quality of service
Additional information:
Positions operation on a full-time basis, over a 37.5 hour week, hours may vary between 7am-5pm to support European locations as required. Some Bank Holiday working may also be required.
