What is the online assessment?
This is the first stage of the application process for the Production Operative roles at JLR, all applicants will need to complete this. It consists of general information questions followed by some timed tests. 

How long will it take me to do the online assessment?
It will take approx. 30 – 45 minutes to complete the online assessment. Make sure you are in a comfortable environment with a good internet connection so you can complete the application in full.

Who do I contact for technical issues or system errors?
Please email JLRJobs@manpower.co.uk if you experience any problems when completing your online assessment.

If I fail the online assessment, when can I try again?
You are eligible to apply again three months after the date you failed your last assessment.

If I pass the online assessment, how long do I have to wait for the next stage?
This is dependent on the volume of applicants that we have and Jaguar Land Rover’s requirement for staff. However we endeavour to invite successful candidates to the next stage within six weeks of completing their online assessment.
