Are you looking for an opportunity to work a late shift to fit in with other commitments? We have great job opportunities to join us as a Finance Administrator (Student Finance Assessor), at our fun and innovative offices based at Lingfield Point in Darlington. The start date is expected to be 5th June 2017.

As a Student Finance Assessor you'll be working as part of the team that determines students' entitlement to financial support for dependants. Our people tell us there are a wide variety of reasons why they work for us. We recognise the importance of a healthy work-life balance and our staff policies reflect this.

No matter what career you choose with us, you'll find that you have the opportunity to develop skills in the course of your everyday work and through specific training. You'll be surrounded by friendly people in our offices which offer pleasant, open plan surroundings with free parking and an on-site café/restaurant.

We have a great selection of benefits on offer, including:

* Generous annual leave - 36 days holiday including 8 public holidays (pro-rata)
* Company sick pay
* Life insurance (at no cost to you)
* Pension scheme
* Comprehensive training and guidance, delivered by the dedicated on-site team.

In your role as Student Finance Assessor you'll be joining the company on a fixed term contract currently planned to run until the end of March 2018. However there will be opportunities to extend the contract, or move into a permanent role.

This role is offered for those interested in full time work, where the shift pattern is 12:00 - 20:00 Monday to Friday (37.5 hours) **The first 4 weeks training will be 16:00 - 00:00 for which you will be paid an additional 5% shift allowance**

You should be aware that holidays will not be authorised during the first 6 weeks of employment except in exceptional circumstances.
