We operate throughout the year, although as you may expect our busiest time coincides with the annual surge of student applications, when we increase our recruitment activity. All of our current job opportunities indicate how long the contract will be, and the majority of contracts will be extended in line with the financial year (subject to performance). We will explain more about this during the application process.

Our application process is as follows:


Submit an online application & telephone interview
1. Submit your application
Apply for the job you are interested in by submitting your CV to our recruitment partner, Manpower, who will then contact you within two working days. Look out for a call from a private number!

Telephone interview
2. Telephone interview
Manpower will conduct a short telephone interview and ask you a few questions to ensure you meet the eligibility requirements of the job. Think about how you can prepare for this telephone interview. This is your chance to sell yourself! If the time is not convenient, Manpower will arrange a call back.

Upload background/security checks
3. Complete pre-employment information
On successful completion of the telephone interview, Manpower will ask you to register on their secure online portal to provide some further details which we will need to progress your application and perform the necessary security checks.

Attend assessment centre
4. Attend assessment centre
You will be scheduled to attend one of our assessment centres, where we will undertake some group work to evaluate your communication and team working skills. This is completed in a fun and relaxed environment so that we can see ‘the real you’. The assessment centre normally takes around 90 minutes.

Offer
5. Offer
Next, we will be in touch to make a conditional offer of employment and provide a proposed start date. The offer will be subject to passing pre-employment checks. We will also issue you with a contract of employment.

6. Pre-employment checks
Manpower will now begin the pre-employment screening which includes a basic criminal record check, credit check and three year employment/academic history check. Further information can be found in the Frequently Asked Questions.

Begin work

Upon successful completion of the pre-employment checks, we will contact you to confirm your start date and Company induction.
