Quality Administrator
Location: Burton on Trent, DE14 2BG
Shifts: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00
Pay Rate: £14.20 per hour

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Quality Administrator to provide administrative support to the Quality team. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, supporting audits, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination within the department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Quality team
  • Maintain accurate records, documents, and reports
  • Assist with data entry, tracking, and reporting using internal systems
  • Support audit preparation and documentation where required
  • Coordinate meetings, manage communications, and organise team documentation

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Desirable (not essential):

  • Experience using SAP
  • Previous exposure to a quality or compliance environment
  • Experience with auditing, report writing, or documentation control
  • Background within FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods)
