Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Install, modify, and fault-find custom vehicle-mounted electrical harnesses and control systems
• Read, interpret, and troubleshoot using electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Support machine control systems (experience desirable)
• Work within a production environment, meeting deadlines and quality standards
• Ensure all work complies with health & safety procedures and company policies
• Complete all required documentation and job records accurately
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
• Support additional tasks as required by the Production Manager

Role Requirements

• Proven experience wiring vehicles or similar systems to a high standard
• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings/schematics
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team
• Flexible approach with a positive, proactive work ethic
• Willingness to follow company procedures and maintain high-quality standards
