Cemetery Operative - Grave Digger
Location: High Wycombe, HP13 6SX
Hourly Rate: £12.71 - £13.30
Contract Type: Temp - Perm

Working Hours: Between 07:00 - 17:00 Mon - Fri. 40 Hours per week

About the role

We currently require a Cemetery Operative to join our team in High Wycombe. Within this role you will carry out various burial duties, including the preparation, excavation, shoring, and backfilling of graves using a 2-ton digger. This role also includes tractor mowing duties as well as general GMO duties.
This is a great opportunity to develop your skills, gain valuable experience, and grow with us in a friendly and encouraging environment.

Requirements

  • Experience in burial processes carried out to a high standard and in accordance with contract specifications is essential.
  • Full driving licence.
  • City and Guilds Cemetery Operatives Training Scheme (COTS): Health and Safety, the burial process, and Excavator and Dumper operation tickets would be desirable.
