The Role

The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard of quality.

• Embedding and maintaining a proactive, visible safety culture across site
• Managing programme to ensure targets and build schedules are achieved efficiently
• Taking a commercially aware approach to decision-making on site
• Ensuring the customer remains at the heart of every stage of the build process
