Manpower is currently recruiting for an experienced Telehandler Operator to join one of our clients based near Immingham. • Own transport is essential due to the site location
• No reliable public transport links
• Easily accessible by car

Shift Pattern

This role operates on a rotating shift basis:

Week 1

• Monday - Thursday: 4:00am - 2:00pm
• Friday: 4:00am - 12:00pm

Week 2

• Monday - Thursday: 2:00pm - 12:00am
• Full-time hours across a rotating shift pattern
• Comfortable working longer shifts across 4-5 working days

Pay Rate

• £16.00 per hour
• Ongoing, full-time work

The Role

As a Telehandler Operator, you will play a key role in supporting site operations, ensuring materials are moved safely and efficiently to maintain productivity.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operating a Telehandler and/or Loading Shovel safely and effectively
• Loading, transporting, and moving materials across the site
• Supporting production, yard, or operational activities as required
• Assisting the wider team to ensure smooth day-to-day site operations
• Following all site health & safety procedures
• Maintaining safe and efficient working practices at all times

What We're Looking For

Experience

• Previous experience operating Telehandler/ Loading Shovel equipment within a similar industrial, production, or site-based environment
• Confident working in a fast-paced operational setting

Qualifications

• Valid CPCS or NPORS Ticket for Telehandler and Loading Shovel
• Relevant, in-date operating certificates required

Skills & Attributes

• Ability to work independently and manage tasks safely
• Strong team player with a flexible, hands-on approach
• Willingness to support wider site operations when needed
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and proactive
