The Role
An opportunity has arisen for experienced P6 Planners / Planning Engineers to join a well-established infrastructure team based in London. The role will support major programmes across sectors including rail, aviation, highways, and utilities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and update Level 1 and Level 2 project schedules
  • Support project teams with planning, scheduling, and reporting requirements
  • Contribute to project and programme planning and progress meetings
  • Identify, manage, and monitor key milestones and interface activities
  • Support the management of contractor programmes and schedules
  • Assist in progress reporting and performance tracking across programmes
  • Ensure schedule data and submissions comply with NEC contract requirements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date programme information
  • Monitor commitments and support mitigation of programme risks

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in planning within infrastructure sectors, such as rail, airports, highways, or utilities
  • Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office
  • Experience in schedule development, control, and analysis
  • Understanding of engineering, procurement, and construction processes
  • Familiarity with NEC contracts and programme management requirements
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Degree qualified in a construction or engineering-related discipline, preferred
