Manufacturing Operator (Rotational Shifts)

Location: Paisley
Pay Rate: £13.20 per hour + 25% shift allowance
Shifts: Rotating (Early, Backshift & Nightshift)

Manpower Scotland is currently recruiting for Manufacturing Operators to join a busy and growing production environment in Paisley.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start or build a career in manufacturing. Full training is provided, making it ideal for school leavers or candidates with limited experience who are eager to learn.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting the manufacturing of specialist products in a fast-paced environment
• Ensuring daily production targets and quality standards are met
• Working as part of a team to keep processes running efficiently
• Following strict health, safety, and quality procedures
• Assisting with general production tasks, including manual handling

What we're looking for:

• National 5 (or equivalent) in Maths and English, or relevant work experience
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern

Working hours:
You'll work a rotating shift pattern across:

• Early Shift: 6am - 2pm
• Back Shift: 2pm - 10pm
• Night Shift: 10pm - 6am
