We are currently recruiting for experienced Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to join a growing engineering-led organisation within a highly regulated, technical environment based in Kidderminster.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking business delivering complex, high-value projects across development, production, and research-based programmes. You will play a key role in ensuring successful project delivery from bid stage through to full execution, working closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Role Overview
As a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall coordination, control, and delivery of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer requirements, and strategic goals.
You will work within a dynamic team environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining a strong focus on quality, cost, and delivery performance.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop, maintain, and deliver project plans in support of new business bids and contracted work
* Manage end-to-end project execution across development, production, or research programmes
* Proactively identify and manage project risks to improve value and project margin
* Produce accurate and timely project reporting for both internal stakeholders and customers
* Lead, coordinate, and motivate cross-functional project teams
* Work closely with customers to understand requirements and ensure successful delivery
* Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across all levels of the organisation
* Support governance requirements, including approval and authorisation of key project documentation

Skills & Experience Required
Essential
* Proven experience delivering production, development, or technology-based projects
* Strong commercial and financial awareness
* Experience using project management tools (e.g. Primavera or Microsoft Project)
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
* Strong team leadership and collaboration skills
* Effective risk management experience in complex project environments
Desirable
* Experience within aerospace, defence, or other highly regulated industries
* Background in engineering-focused project environments
* Experience working on projects with changing or evolving requirements
* Project management qualification (e.g. APM, PRINCE2)

Qualifications
* Degree or equivalent industry experience (essential)
* Project Management certification (desirable but not essential)

Working Hours
* Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 16:30
* Friday: 08:00 - 13:00
* Hybrid working available after successful probation period


Salary & Benefits
* Project Manager: Up to £43,173 (Negotiable based on this experience)
* Senior Project Manager: Up to £55,000 (Negotiable based on this experience)
