What You'll Do:
- Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and control plans
- Manage non‑conforming materials, ensuring traceability, containment and resolution
- Lead root cause analysis for internal defects and customer complaints (8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone)
- Drive corrective and preventive actions through to effective closure
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and Management of Change processes
- Analyse quality data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities
- Deliver training to operators and team leaders on quality standards and best practice
- Support internal audits and ensure compliance with ISO and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering and CI teams across the site
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in a Quality Engineering or Quality Assurance role within manufacturing
- Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (8D, root cause, Pareto, etc.)
- Understanding of working in ISO‑certified or regulated environments
- Experience using ERP/QMS systems (e.g. SAP) for quality and material management
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across shop floor and leadership
- Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and problem‑solving
- Relevant qualification in Engineering, Quality or a technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
