Manpower are currently seeking an interim Beauty & Wellbeing Commercial Strategy and Planning Executive to work with our global FMCG client renowned for brands such as Dove, Sure, Persil, and Simple, and become an integral part of their fast-paced FMCG environment.
The position is based in Kingston upon Thames, Surrey. This is a full-time temporary role to start ASAP and to run for 12 months, requiring 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The role is paying up to £47,000 per annum, depending on experience
The role currently offers a mix of remote and onsite working, subject to adjustment based on business requirements. Working days onsite are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
Beauty & Wellbeing is one of Unilever's five Business Groups, contributing 20% of total turnover and 25% of profit. The beauty market, valued at over €285 billion, is growing at 5-6%, presenting immense opportunities.

JOB PURPOSE
The Category Strategy & Planning team are a central part of the Unilever B&W Business. With a primary focus on driving growth through customer collaboration and commercial acumen.
This role is ideal for a junior sales professional looking to deepen their understanding of the fundamentals of brand and category growth along with a diverse set of markets and customers.
Provide analysis and insight across a range of data sets to inform commercial strategy within and across international markets and customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the in-year Commercial Plan delivery by providing analytical data inputs to inform short, medium and long-term decision making.
- P&L Analysis to inform dynamic funding decisions.
- Net Revenue Management analysis & recommendations, including pricing, mix management, Pack Price Architecture and promotional effectiveness.
- Support the CSP Manager in the delivery and execution of the Strategy to enable delivery of commercial targets across the customer base.
- Uphold execution standards through analysis and recommendations against core Customer Owned metrics (Distribution, Share of Shelf)
- Support the Beauty & Wellbeing innovation agenda through expertise on channel, customer and market

Kingston working environment:
- Contractors who are based at Kingston will be eligible to get free parking at a local carpark
