School Kitchen Supervisor

Manpower are recruiting a Kitchen Supervisor for our client in NG8.

Working as part of a busy school kitchen, duties will include:

• Ensuring the smooth & efficient running of the kitchen, including training, staff induction, supervision and stock management
• Assist the head chef in ensuring all hygiene and health & safety requirements are met
• Ensure high standards are met and maintained when making food
• Record all required data in regard to food safety
• Having an active involvement of creating new dishes for upcoming menus

The successful candidate will:

• Have an Enhanced DBS, or be willing to undertake a check
• Have experience working with fresh ingredients and have good cookery skills
• Have experience leading from the front and supervising a team
• Be a team player with strong people skills

Monday to Friday 7am-2pm TERM TIME ONLY.
£12.20 - £12.62 per hour paid weekly every Friday
