    Job Title: Caretaker
    Location: Bridgend
    Contract: Temporary on going
    Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week
    Hourly Rate: £12.18


    Manpower is seeking a dedicated caretaker for a public sector client. You'll ensure smooth operation and maintenance of facilities which includes internal painting.

    Main Duties:

    • Perform key holder duties
    • Ensure premises cleanliness
    • Assist with minor repairs and basic maintenance
    • Undertake grounds maintenance tasks
    • Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed.


    Essential Knowledge and Skills:

    • Previous experience in caretaking or as a handyperson and painting/decorating
    • Basic maintenance skills.
    • Knowledge of health and safety requirements.
    • Familiarity with moving and handling procedures.
    • DBS check and satisfactory references required.
