As a result of continued growth and demand from our clients in the Science and Engineering sectors we have an immediate requirement for an experienced Recruitment Consultant in our Dublin office on Harcourt Street, just off St Stephen's' Green.
*You will be responsible for full cycle of recruitment: business development, consulting with clients, taking job briefs, developing recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates, interviewing candidates, negotiating terms of business and filling job vacancies.
*Business Development through networking, social media, phone calls, face to face meetings, attending relevant industry conferences and events
*Maximise revenue from collaborating with client base and developing a comprehensive understanding of your client needs.
*Achieving weekly KPI's and monthly sales targets.
*Implement a range of candidate sourcing techniques, strategies and programs including social media, LinkedIn, advertising on jobsites, networking and referrals, proactively marketing to existing talent pools.
*Providing excellent customer service to both candidates and clients through honest and prompt communication.
Skills & Experience
*At least 2 years recruitment experience preferably in the Engineering, Science or IT sectors.
*Degree in Engineering, Science or IT related discipline is preferred but not essential
*Proven track record in exceeding KPI's and revenue targets
*Self-motivated, enthusiastic and driven by overachievement
*Excellent negotiation and influencing skills at the highest level.
*Team player with exceptional communication and relationship building skills
