We are currently recruiting for a Cash Allocation/Admin Assistant to work for a leading organisation based in Govan on-going.
You will sit within the Finance Team, reporting to the Group Credit Manager and will have previous experience of working in a large scale organisation, as well as the ability to work within a fast paced environment.
Main Duties will include:
· Daily Cash Allocation top Sales Ledger & Contract sales
· Processing same day payments
· Daily Banking
· Updating Master Cash Flows
· Updating Sales ledger
· Chasing up all missing remittances to allow accurate allocations of payments
· Manage small sales ledger
· Ad-hoc duties as required
The successful candidate will be a highly skilled individual with a good working knowledge of Sage and competent user of Excel who has the ability to prioritise workloads and work to strict deadlines. In return my client is offering a competitive salary with attractive benefits.
