Join our client as a Finance Helpdesk Advisor based on Brudrett Street, Stockport, and you'll be first point of contact for employee and supplier within the accounts payable team.
As a Helpdesk Advisor, you'll Communicate with customers− answering their questions, solve their problem and take ownership of each call. The Helpdesk team specialise in accounts payable, purchasing and business expenses.
Typically, you may be responding to an email from a supplier about an invoice they have sent to BT, or on the phone helping one of our employees to resolve a query.
- To provide an excellent customer service over the telephone and via email, resolving the customer query quickly and efficiently
- Respond to emails from suppliers relating to invoices
- Create, refer and manage tickets using in house tools
- Liaise with second line support when required
This is an exciting opportunity to join an established team of 14 and candidates should be able to demonstrate comprehensive customer service experience and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working on a Helpdesk and some accounts payable / finance experience preferable. This is a temporary on-going role for around 6 months working Monday to Friday between 08:15-17:00. Free on-site parking.
