An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading utilities supplier as an Administrator Assistant, our client is currently seeking a Contact Centre Agent based in Hinckley, Leicester L10 0NA. This is a full-time contract paying £16815, equivalent to £8.30 per hour, working a 37.5 hour week. Working between the hours of 08.00 am to 18.00pm Monday to Friday
Duties and Activities:
Liaising with Customers via email and phone.
Updating reports and trackers using spreadsheets and customer systems
Resolve enquiries/complaints from both internal and external parties, providing a written or telephone response as appropriate.
Liaise with field based staff and stakeholders in resolving customer enquiries and complaints.
Interrogate systems to provide job history to be used by stakeholders, enabling decisions to be made for complaints/enquiries
Assist in the delivery of training of new staff where appropriate to ensure consistency of approach and compliance with standard processes and procedures.
Actively demonstrate and promote the Company Values, and positively contribute to a customer focused approach
Supporting the team with AdHoc requests.
Emergency, Repair and Streetworks processes including field-based engineers, Supervisors, Network Engineers and Managers.
Performance and Assurance Team.
Household Sales team.
Non Std Sales team.
Central customer team.
Skills and Experience:
Excellent customer service skills with a passion to go above and beyond
Proficient in the use of office applications including Microsoft Office
Ability to extract and present information from spreadsheets with some data analysis.
