This is a fantastic opportunity for BT Customer Service Advisors based in Horwich, Bolton.
You will be working as part of a wider team within BT responsible for helping, supporting and advising customers through their journey. As first point of contact your focus is on ownership and resolution ensuring you are doing everything to resolve the customers query whilst keeping them informed.
You will develop relationships with the customers whilst working through their issue following set processes to ensure you are taking the correct action.
Based in Alpha Beta House, Middlebrook Horwich, your duties will include,
- Providing outstanding customer service through effective communication.
- Answering telephone and email queries.
- Place telephone orders.
- Create win-win outcomes with customers through objection handling.
- Match & promote products & Services to customers.
- Ensuring all company policies and procedures are adhered to.
