Solutions Contact Centre Agent - Annesley
Our Client, a leading Energy company has a fantastic opportunity for you to join their award winning Customer Service team based at Annesley.
As a Customer Service Advisor within the Solutions team, you will be responsible for speaking with potential customers who are interested in having solar solutions in their home, and offering them a solar assessment with one of our field reps, they will have already displayed an interest in the product and the leads will come through in a few different formats, you would look to answer any queries they have as well as ensure they hit any predetermined criteria set out by the client, this can be via phone, email or live chat. Comprehensive training will be given when you start, as well as ongoing support throughout your career.
Location: Newstead Court, Little Oak Drive, Annesley, NG15 0DR.
Pay rate: £9.75 with the opportunity to increase
Hours: Full time 37 hours between 9am and 6pm Monday - Friday
Contract: 3 Months initially with the potential for it to be ongoing dependant on performance etc. You may also be considered for a permanent position longer term.

Key Skills required:
Primarily we are looking for a passionate, flexible individual who is a team player and takes pride in delivering with previous sales experience.
Ideally, you'll have some previous experience working in a customer service and/or contact centre role. Naturally you'll also have great communication skills and will be comfortable handing large volumes of calls professionally.
