Manpower are pleased to be working with their niche client who are a well known brand and have a strong reputation within their sector.

We are now recruiting for a number of qualified advisors to join the team for a January start.

The Opportunity

The Sales team is the direct telephone sales team for our client based in Stockport. The team launched in 2014 and since then has been going from strength to strength. The core function is to give focused protection advice to personal and business clients.

Purpose of the Adviser Role:

To deliver high quality telephone based consultancy advice direct to consumers on Life and Protection propositions and to arrange solutions to meet their identified and agreed needs.

Key Responsibilities:

*Delivering telephone based Life and Protection advice direct to consumers
*Ensuring that FCA and internal regulatory standards for advice provision are met.
*Maximising productivity and results by effectively managing time and business pipeline
*Maintaining knowledge, skills and personal performance to the required standards through a full training and competence scheme approach
*Ensuring that the agreed advice process is followed and that fact finds, needs analysis and that all consumer recommendations are well documented and well communicated.
*The role is based in Stockport and the office opening times are Monday to Friday 8am-8pm and 9am-6pm on a Saturday. You will be expected to be flexible to work between these core hours.

Competencies and Qualifications

*Experience within Financial Services in a Protection Sales
*Experience within a Telephone based Consultancy role
*Full understanding and knowledge of the regulatory requirements of the FCA
*Strong Customer orientation and engagement skills
*Highly motivated with a drive to deliver sales targets and outstanding customer outcomes
*A driven individual with committed to person development and progression.
*Strong Organisation skills with the ability to manage personal time and focus to maximise productivity and results
*Financial services qualifications appropriate to the role.
