A fantastic opportunity has become available for a full time/part time (3 days per week) HR Administrator.

Responsibilities involve;
*Provide administrative support to market HR teams including addendums to contracts, certificates of employment/employment verification letters and other documentation in relation to the employee life-cycle.
*Submit details of maternity and paternity leaves to payroll.
*Review and respond to emails into the shared mailbox ensuring the relevant help desk is used for all Workday, benefits and payroll enquiries.
*Maintain employee files ensuring all necessary documentation is securely filed.
*Assist in documentation of processes for UK HR manual.
*Other adhoc HR Administration tasks as and when they arise.

Required Skills;
*Exceptional problem solving skills with passion for data integrity and process definition
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills: concise, articulate, and confident
*Comfortable with a high-paced environment with competing priorities.
*Exceptional time management, organisational, prioritisation and follow-up skills.
*Experience using MS Office including Excel and Word in particular.
