A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Temporary Resourcing Administrator in Nottingham!
Due to continued growth, E.ON is looking for a Resourcing Administrator to join their Human Resources team in Nottingham. In this role you'll also benefit from annual leave entitlement of 28 days a year pro rata for the first 12 weeks, and 34 days per annum thereafter (including bank holidays). You'll also receive a very competitive hourly rate starting at £12.52 per hour.

Location: E.ON Oakstead Court, Annesley, Nottingham, NG15 0DR

Pay Rate: £12.52 per hour

Length of Assignment: Temporary ongoing

Annual leave: 28 days per annum pro rata for the first 12 weeks increasing to 34 days per annum thereafter

Hours: Full Time 37 hours - Monday to Friday - 7.5 hours between 8am and 5.30pm

As a Resourcing Administrator you will be responsible for supporting the Recruitment Consultants with any open requirements they may have, you will candidate facing and expected deliver an excellent end to end recruitment service ensuring that applicants progress through the process as efficiently as possible.

This will consist of the following:-

* Advertising vacancies
* CV Sifting
* Managing candidates through the applicant management system (AMS)
* Arranging and conducting pre-screen interviews over the phone
* Arranging, conducting and scoring competency based interviews over the phone
* Organising final interview diaries for the Recruitment Consultant
* Extending offers and then providing the relevant information to the on-boarding team to progress through to start
* Additional Ad-hoc recruitment and administration duties

It is essential that suitable candidates will have experience of working with customers as you will be seen as an ambassador for E.ON and ideally have a recruitment/resourcing background. You will also be required to communicate with senior stakeholders on a weekly basis so strong communicating skills are vital.

In addition to the above you must be competent in using all Microsoft Packages and be able to communicate in a clear and concise manner.
