Currently the fastest growing Toy company in the UK (84% YoY) this fast paced, entrepreneurial environment are looking to increase their Brand Team and recruit an Assistant Brand Manager to join their team.

Reporting into the Senior Brand Manager and Marketing Manager you will support some of the top preschool toy brands currently trending.

Supporting the MM/SBM on a day to day basis across a wide range of tasks. These could include, but would not be limited to:

Supporting the development of key brand marketing plans with the MM/SBM
Assisting in the preparation of presentations to deliver to customer (retailers) in previews.
Assisting in the management of the UK P&L - work on pricing and forecasting with the MM/SBM
Helping with any preparation required to support the monthly forecasting meetings and any subsequent follow up
Working with the team and media agency to gain experience and exposure to media planning (TV and Digital).
Assist in the localisation of TV commercials.
Working with the MM/SBM and PR manager to support major PR initiatives - e.g. toy launches, experiential events
Working with the MM/SBM and Trade Marketing Executive to support the development of visual merchandising initiatives
Liaise with International brand teams and European subsidiaries where required.
Work with Trade Marketing Executive to improve the representation of key brands in retailer on-line stores.
Work with Trade Marketing Executive to develop and supply consumer catalogue copy and product photography.

To aid in your development, you will have responsibility for managing some of your own (smaller) brands. You will take an active role in helping to organise attendance at the UK Toy Fair at Olympia (late January) and the bi-annual refresh of the UK office showrooms. You will be responsible for circulating monthly market share data analysis.

Graduate with a grounding in marketing achieved through a combination of placement year and/or post grad experience.

Able to work closely across sales and marketing teams in a fast paced environment
Confidence to develop your presentation skills

You may currently be a grad with 1 years + experience or a Marketing Exec looking to move into a Brand role.
