An exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to join our well established company who is based in Tonbridge.

You will report to and provide support to the HR & Payroll Manager and assist with HR function for the Group of Companies, including Group recruitment and general HR duties.

*To update and maintain all existing employee records using the organisations integrated HR System.
*To assist in reproducing Statement of Main Terms for existing employees, including Job Descriptions when terms have been amended.
*To assist in managing the recruitment needs of the Group including arranging interviews, advertising and liaising with external recruiters.
*Proactively search CV databases for suitable candidates for live roles within the Group.
*Decline unsuitable candidates via email/external recruiter who have not been shortlisted for interview.
*Create a New Starter Welcome pack to be issued prior to start date, including induction processes and IT New Starter form for successful candidates.
*To update and maintain all annual leave requests and sickness absence reporting.
*To produce a monthly Bradford Factor report and issue to all line management.
*Assist with Company grievance or disciplinary procedures when necessary.
*To review annual appraisals and highlight any training needs that have been identified. Liaise with Employee Training and Office Manager to arrange training.

Qualifications and/or Experience Required:
*Minimum level 3 CIPD Qualification is desirable but not essential. CIPD study support available.
*Minimum 12 months administrative experience required in HR environment essential.
*Excellent organisational skills.
*Able to work to strict deadlines.
*Ability to prioritise work tasks effectively.
*Computer literate, including use of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Simply Personnel (not essential - training will be provided on site.)
*Up to date knowledge of HR Employment Law would be an advantage but not essential.
*Full Driving Licence.
