If that grabs your attention, a fantastic opportunity has become available for a full time Consumer Credit Specialist. The position is primarily responsible for managing first contact resolution with our cardholders who are delinquent and for the collecting/repayment of overdue payments and to manage cardholders ongoing spend expectations over the telephone. To carry out these contacts with the highest levels of professionalism & service that maintains the brand whilst protecting shareholder losses.

The key responsibilities involve:
-Negotiation For The Collection Of Overdue Payments to avoid potential losses
-Understanding Customer's Financial Arrangements And Requirements
-Putting in place repayment plans that balance customer's ability to repay and ongoing account management
-Card Member Account Analyses
-Handling calls within the guidelines of the Credit Management Operating System
-Creatively Pursue Customers Deliberately Avoiding Repayment
-Resolving and Preventing Future Recurrence by Educating Customer on Particular/Card Features.

As a Consumer Credit Specialist, you will be working 35 hours per week, with a number of available shift patterns throughout Monday - Friday 7am till 7pm and Saturday 8am - 6pm. The official start date will be 6th February 2017, the first 6 weeks of your assignment will involve training - during this time no holiday is to be taken.
