As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will receive a competitive basic salary + an incentive / commission for every candidate you successfully source for any role.

We have 30 year's combined experience in servicing the industry and an extensive support infrastructure to help you get a head start.

The Right Person:

-You will have experience within a Recruitment business as a Resourcer or in a similar role and be looking for the next exciting step. OR have some commercial sales experience / office experience and be looking to break into the industry for the first time.
-A Graduate Degree (or equivalent calibre)
-At least 6 months in current employ and a good track record of commitment - or similar extracurricular activities which demand the same level of commitment
-You will be eager to learn, comfortable talking to people and selling an opportunity based on a person's requirements.
-Ambition and drive are the key differentiators in this industry; if you see it as possible; you will achieve it and work hard to get there.
