Our client is an American multinational corporation that provides custom information technology, information security, consulting, information technology outsourcing and business process outsourcing services.

We are about to embark on a project with one of our clients - an instantly recognizable, global iconic brand - to open up a multilingual Customer Support and Content Review Centre.

The focus of the role will be to:

- Process and raise required requests/transactions and make sound decisions related to customer requirements.
- Follow all compliance and security measures relating to client data.
- Take action on process transactions and handle the same with proper research.
- Adhere to process quality metrics and strive to exceed the monthly/annual quality & productivity targets.
- Adhere to process norms and structure.

We are looking for bilingual candidates (German + English), graduates in any discipline, ideally with some experience in a customer service or content review position in a process-driven environment.

Key success factors in this position are adaptability and flexibility, good communication skills, an ability to make independent judgement and a problem-solving nature.
