Manpower are currently looking to recruit a Customer Operations Agent for Stoney Stanton Calor Gas Centre, Leicestershire.
Responsibilities include:
-Taking calls on the front line from customers.
-Liaising in a professional manner with both domestic and commercial customers.
-Taking gas orders via telephone while logging details on an in house computer system.
-Multi-tasking and time/task management.
-Handling and resolving customer queries and complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
-Maintaining positive relationships with ongoing customers and ensuring they are happy with the service that we are providing.
-Setting up direct debit agreements.
-Credit management and debt collection for both commercial and domestic customers.
-General administration.
The successful candidate should:
-Have an excellent customer focus and experience in a customer advisory role in an office environment.
-Have a pleasant, clear, and professional telephone manner.
-Possess good business administration skills.
-Have the ability to multi-task and manage a busy and varied work load.
-Be proficient with IT and computer systems.
-Be assertive during training and be quick to learn.
-Be passionate about customer services and be equipped with the knowledge and understanding of how to handle difficult calls.
-Be punctual, reliable, hard-working and honest.
