My Client is a leader in their field & have a growing Customer base building across the UK. I am looking for a dynamic & personable Candidate who can demonstrate the product to new & existing Customers & their staff & also increase sales in the territory (M8 corridor)

My Client is a well-established manufacturer of fibreglass roofing systems and are currently expanding the Team. Established for over 25 years they have built up a reputation as a preferred supplier of waterproofing materials for the roofing industry.

Your new role:
As technical sales representative you will have a hands-on role managing and growing sales for our product within Scotland.

This challenging role includes a wide range of responsibilities from generating and developing leads through to providing hands-on support, extensive product training and site visits for existing customers and end-users.

Working with a friendly and supportive team you will be rewarded with a generous bonus package and good opportunities for progression within the business as we continue to grow.

The role also includes responsibility for merchandising across outlets, setting up point of sale support, site surveys and representing the product at trade shows and exhibitions around the UK.
Due to the nature of the role overnight stays will be necessary.

A vehicle will be provided to fulfil requirements for training and sales duties (pick-up truck or van).

What type of person will fill the role?

You will be articulate, confident and have good communications skills.
You will be responsible enough to organise your own routine and be self-motivated (whether this is through previous experience in field sales or as a self-employed trades person).

The role will suit you if you are from a trade background.

You will have a good standard of communication skills on all levels & be comfortable using a computer. An understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook would be preferred.

A full UK driving licence is required and you should be eligible to live and work in the UK.
