General description
The role covers all areas of the recruitment process from understanding demand through to application generation and includes short listing and selection for the engagement of Enforcement Agent roles within the company. The role has direct customer facing responsibilities with operational hiring managers including Regional Enforcement Managers and also direct contact with agency suppliers. The position manages the applicant file for pre engagement checks and is responsible for passing the complaint file to the Offer &
Onboarding team. The role also supports other members of the Recruitment team and will assist in all aspects of the HR department and within the company as required.

Core duties and responsibilities
 Liaising with agencies on resource demand and short listing of applicants
 Sourcing applicants through e recruitment system and coordinate short listing with managers
 Logging, screening and short listing of applications on internal systems
 Liaising with managers regarding offers and for resource forecast planning
 Arranging and conducting selection interviews in Head office and field based assessments centres
 Booking external assessment centre accommodation, liaising with site and Team Leader
 Pre-employment - Checking documentation (right to work, home address, visas, etc)
 Update Open HR Pro through selection process
 Sending out rejection letters & emails
 Carry out all pre and post interview verification checks via internal processes
 Logging of all assessments outcomes on Open HR Pro
 Report to the Team Leader on a weekly basis the number of applicants and number interviews arranged
and other MI data.
 Placing adverts when requested online & internal
 Coordination of successful applicants to Recruitment Advisor (offers) for contracting and on boarding
 Auditing of all personnel files before passing to Onboarding team
 Attend job fairs
