Manpower is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a Reliability Engineer at one of our most prestigious clients - a leading speciality chemicals manufacturer based in Immingham. The Reliability Engineer will be instrumental in helping the plant optimise and increase efficiencies in line with their strategic goals.

As Reliability Engineer, some of your core tasks and challenges will include;
*Improving the reliability of the equipment - such as pumps, vessels and piping - within the manufacturing plant
*Leading projects to eliminate bad actors and problematic machinery
*Identifying continuous improvement projects to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of capital equipment - both fixed and rotating
*Maintaining accurate reporting of breakdowns, faults and performance of equipment
*Undertaking maintenance led repairs and projects when necessary, providing expert reliability input and advice
*Planning and executing repair work and equipment replacement

The role of Reliability Engineer will suit an individual that can build on their existing skills and experience, which should already include;
*Degree educated within Mechanical Engineering
*Chartered Engineering status or currently working towards
*Demonstrable experience in a Reliability focused role
*Experience of working within an industrial/heavy industry (such answer chemicals, petrochemicals, oil & gas or steel)
*A high level of health and safety and regulatory appreciation - particularly COMAH
*A working knowledge of Process Safety tools
*Knowledge of failure modes, life cycle cost analysis and condition monitoring
*A proven track record of increasing plant efficiency through CI projects and initiatives

This role is a full time, Monday - Friday days position. In addition to the highly competitive salary, the role is accompanied by a bonus and a range of additional benefits. If required, relocation assistance will be provided.
