As a compliant and vetting Administrator, your duties will be:

Administer background checks for new starters (job and personal reference's, security vetting and work permit, hire-right checks.
Explicitly understand the requirements of legislation and the client
work closely with recruitment teams and project delivery managers to support a variety of requisitions
assist with regular internal Audit

To be a successful Compliance and vetting Administrator you will have the following skills and experience :

Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines

experience carrying out credit checks
Excellent customer service and highly collaborative approach

Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Experience of working in a recruitment agency or in house recruitment admin role(desirable)
