Excellent opportunity for customer focused individuals to work with a prestigious company in Crewe. Candidates will be required to work as part of a Service Desk team carrying out duties which include(but not limited to) classifying, logging and performing 1st line diagnostics across all technologies including Managed Data, Voice & VoIP. Manage & support all incidents raised via the Service Desk through to completion including liaising with resolver groups. Provide regular updates to customers of all open cases. Management of all incidents to ensure resolution/closure within SLA whilst maintaining an excellent customer relationship.

Candidates must have good interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise with limited guidance from line management. Good analytical skills with a structured & methodical approach. Good knowledge of SLAs and escalation procedures. Previous IT Helpdesk experience and ITIL framework knowledge would be preferred. Shifts require flexibility, 24 x 7, 40 hours per week. Additional shift allowance is paid outside core hours.

You will be rewarded with an excellent starting salary of £16,000 pro rata, rising to £16,500 pro rata on successful probation.
