About the job
My client is looking for an individual that wants to join an award winning conference and banqueting team. They are looking for someone to assist the manager and assistant manager in day to day operations of this 5 star venue.

What's required of you?
As a senior full time member of the team you will have responsibilities that are required to be fulfilled daily. You will have to ensure that the function room is set for the high standards of the clients, you will have to liaise with the kitchen to make sure that the paying customers have an excellent dining experience and that the quality of food/service meets the high criteria the clients value. You will also perform the daily cash reconciliation as well as carrying out a staff meeting (monthly).
